David Gull, a 4th generation Sacramentan and Founder of New Helvetia Brewing Co. When David Gull founded the brewery in 2011, his goal was not only to revive a historic brand, but to activate an entire neighborhood. NHBC continues to support efforts toward revitalizing our Broadway community, and has created a place for neighbors and nearby residents, as well as our friends from throughout the region to meet up and enjoy our award-winning beers. David also presented the cooperative transition idea to employees who have taken the lead with the newly formed New Helvetia Brewery Cooperative.
